The story of The Witch explores the life of Park Mi-jeong. She is known as a witch, not because she has any magical powers, but because something strange happens to everyone who get close to her.
That’s the reason people prefer to stay away from her and call her witch. Being aware of this, she chooses to live in isolation, believing that by staying away from everyone, she will be able to protect them from any tragedy.
But her life starts to change when her old classmate, Lee Dong-jin, comes back into her life. A brilliant data analyst, Lee Dong-jin doesn’t believe in this so called curs. He believes in truth and reality.
The drama explores the dangers they face together and whether Mi-jeong is really cursed or not.
