Unlike Hospital Playlist, which focused on experienced doctors, Resident Playbook will shift the spotlight to young OB-GYN residents at Jongno Yulje Medical Center. The Kdrama will follow their struggles, friendships, and growth as they navigate the tough medical fields. Focusing on South Korea’s declining birth rate, the series promises a mix of emotional moments and a friendship to be jealous of.

The Kdrama stars Go Youn-jung, who is well known for her role in Moving and Alchemy of Souls. Shin Si-ah, known for The Witch: Part 2. Other cast members include Han Ye-ji, Kang Yoo-seok (Black Knight) and Jung Joon-won.
The series is directed by Lee Min-soo (Heartbeat) and written by Kim Song-hee (Hospital Playlist, Reply 1988). So, you can expect to see something impressive.
